Director, HRBP - Global Strategy & Transformation

LiveRamp seeks a Director, HR Business Partner to act as a strategic thought partner and advisor to the business, reporting to the SVP of HR. This role drives global people strategy and transformation with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in HR consulting to C-suite executives, 8+ years leading teams, and a track record of delivering global HR initiatives in a tech environment. Excellent communication and collaboration are essential.
