Dental Dreams is actively recruiting a Full-Time General Dentist for our Lancaster, Pennsylvania practice .

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee

• Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for select opportunities

• Average full-time compensation: $290,000–$330,000+

• No production cap
