Starting compensation is $48,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred 1-3 years' experience in similar position required Strong contractor knowledge including AIA contracts Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate tenant improvement construction projects from lease execution through closeout, including scheduling and deliverables tracking. Prepare and maintain bids, contracts, change orders, pay applications, RFIs, and project documentation; assist with invoice processing and insurance compliance. Draft short-form contracts for low-risk scopes and collaborate with legal and construction managers on larger AIA contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Organize and update SmartSheet trackers for project schedules, critical lease dates, forecasts, and reports; ensure timely notifications and calendar integration.
