My background includes leadership, consulting, and claims, which gives our team a well-rounded understanding of how to properly protect families and support them when they need us most. We help customers across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon personalize their auto, home, and life insurance coverage while making sure they understand their options and receive every available discount. I grew up in South Carolina and earned my BS in Business Management from the University of South Carolina before relocating to the Seattle area in 2007. Outside the office, I enjoy landscaping, DIY projects, studying aviation, and spending time with my family. Serving others is important to me I'm actively involved in my church and passionate about giving back, including supporting families impacted by flooding in our area. Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
