Procurement Manager
Location: Dallas, TX | Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000–$135,000 base salary, plus bonus opportunity

Reports To: Controller, with regular interaction with the CFO and COO

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to help build and formalize the procurement function for a growing multi-location hospitality organization.
This role will focus on analyzing purchasing activity, evaluating vendor relationships, identifying consolidation opportunities, negotiating contracts and terms, and creating a more scalable procurement approach as the organization continues to grow.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, organizing ambiguous information, developing recommendations, and executing directly with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze purchasing, vendor, and contract data across multiple locations

• Identify duplicate, overlapping, or inefficient vendor relationships

• Lead vendor rationalization and supplier consolidation efforts

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and service agreements

• Evaluate food, beverage, and other operational purchasing categories

• Review vendor networks, delivery structures, and purchasing practices

• Develop data-backed procurement recommendations

• Partner directly with vendors to execute sourcing and negotiation strategies

• Establish procurement priorities, processes, and reporting

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or related experience

• Experience managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret purchasing data

• Experience identifying cost-saving, consolidation, or vendor optimization opportunities

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency with Excel and business systems used for purchasing, finance, or AP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, events, restaurants, or another multi-location operating environment

• Experience with multi-unit procurement or distributed vendor networks

• Familiarity with systems such as Sage, Ramp, ERP platforms, or purchasing tools

• Experience building or improving procurement processes in a growing organization

What Success Looks Like
Early priorities will include understanding current purchasing activity, reviewing vendor and contract relationships, identifying consolidation opportunities, and creating a prioritized list of procurement initiatives.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys combining analysis, vendor strategy, negotiation, and execution in a high-autonomy environment.
