• Experience: Required minimum experience varies; previous float/travel RN experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $53.60/hr
• Pay Package: Competitive pay discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Assess and document patient health status promptly upon admission and throughout your shift
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care
• Perform assessments, re-assessments, and necessary interventions for a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care effectively
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and discharge plans
• Document care activities and patient responses accurately in clinical records
• Support unit operations by delegating and supervising support staff as appropriate
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for patients and staff

What You Need

• Required: Current RN license (NM or Compact), BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIH Certification, CPIDE, PALS (additional certifications may be required based on units)
• Experience: Previous RN experience with strong clinical skills; float or travel RN experience preferred
• Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork abilities
