In this role, the technician performs routine maintenance and complex repairs on Subaru vehicles, including inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical and electrical work. Day-to-day responsibilities include accurately identifying issues, using diagnostic tools, following manufacturer guidelines, and completing repair orders in a timely and safe manner. The technician communicates clearly with service advisors, supports a positive customer experience, and maintains a clean, organized work area. The role also involves following all safety protocols, staying current with Subaru training and certifications, and contributing to a collaborative, respectful service team environment. Though we will consider technicians from all brands, we are particularly interested in adding technicians who are experienced with Subaru. Why work for us? Qualifications Prior experience as an automotive technician; Subaru experience is highly beneficial. Relevant technical training or certification (e.g., automotive technology program, ASE certifications) preferred. Proficiency in troubleshooting vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment and technical documentation. Ability to read and follow repair manuals, service bulletins, and electronic diagnostic procedures. Commitment to ethical practices, safety standards, and working effectively in a diverse, inclusive team environment.
