You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy. You create a safe environment where residents can thrive. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Certification/Licensure is not required. Must have at least 6 months of previous work experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT or DSP. Memory care experience is a plus.
