Material Handler Position

Requirements/other duties:

-Maintain contact supply of materials

-Read Checklists & Work Orders

-Prepare raw material

-Cleaning grinders, barrels, and hopper loaders, all while following operation procedures

-Clean and organize work environment

-Performing minor maintenance on equipment

-Recording production and raw material usage in their inventory software

-Stack, mark, pack work orders

-Assisting techs in mold setups

-Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

Experience/abilities:

- Experience in a production environment preferred

-Ability to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds
-Maintaining a safe and clean environment

-Communicating skills needed

-Complying with work requirements

-Ability to stand for an entire 8-10 hour shift

-Mathematical Skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication, and dividing all units of measure)

-Language Skills (reading and comprehending simple instructions, ability to write, ability to present information in small group situations)
