Clinton Street, Greenwood Village, CO 80112 Job Type: Full-time Sector: Management Compensation: $18.73 - $19.67Job SummaryThe Front-End Supervisor supports front-end operations by assisting with daily oversight of customer service activities, transaction accuracy, and team performance. This role ensures front-end processes are followed and contributes to maintaining an efficient and customer-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processingAssist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepanciesProvide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operationsEnsure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficientlyAssist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issuesSupport scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staffHelp enforce company procedures and policies at the front-endCommunicate operational issues or concerns to managementQualificationsPrevious experience in retail, customer service, or front-end operationsBasic understanding of cash handling processesStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProblem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience in a supervisory or lead roleFamiliarity with front-end operations and processesExperience in high-volume retail environmentsWork Environment / ExpectationsPrimarily retail or front-end operational environment.
