Salary: $96,779 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on production experience with Classic ASP/VBScript, ASP.NET, React, C#, and GitHub.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, jobs, and database design.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Integration Services (SSIS) for reporting and automated data imports.
• JavaScript, jQuery, and React experience for front-end development.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience implementing single sign-on (SSO) and managing certificates, using SAML, Shibboleth, or similar technologies.
• IIS and Windows Server administration experience, including SFTP.
• Knowledge of the full software development life cycle, from requirements and specifications through development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues promptly.
• Preferred: Node.js or other modern React frameworks.
• Preferred: Experience modernizing or rewriting legacy applications.
• Preferred: Experience configuring web application firewalls (WAF), implementing MFA, and remediating penetration test findings.
• Preferred: Guidewire integration experience.
• Preferred: Property and casualty insurance or claims industry experience, particularly with total loss taxes and fees or state regulatory requirements.
• Must reside and work in the United States and be available during core US business hours.

• Own day-to-day production support across all four products, diagnose and resolve incidents such as 500 errors and failed scheduled jobs, document specifications for fixes, manage deployments and releases, maintain UAT documentation, and contribute to infrastructure discussions.
• Maintain the Total Loss system by applying monthly and future-dated tax and fee updates, programming state-specific rules in CORE, investigating vendor rate issues, setting up clients and access, maintaining vehicle categories and customer-facing documents, securely rotating vendor credentials, producing requested reports, explaining calculations, and supporting billing setup and inquiries.
• Support security and compliance work by preparing for penetration tests and implementing remediation, maintaining MFA reporting, investigating SSO reporting gaps, evaluating a Shibboleth upgrade, completing the Sucuri WAF rollout, and onboarding Compliance customers.
• Install and maintain SSO across products, renew certificates annually, coordinate rollouts with developers, and manage SFTP and Guidewire integrations for Audit and Auto Liability.
• Review enhancement requests with the Account Manager, help prioritize work, run the enhancement process from intake through release, and develop timelines to keep projects on track.
• Help select a target language and framework for modernizing legacy products, collaborate on redesigns, translate designs into clear specifications, and build solutions with the development team.
• Work directly with new and existing carrier clients when technical support is needed, mentor assigned team members, and attend meetings as appropriate.
• Keep incidents tracked through resolution, ensure fixes pass QA before being presented to clients as resolved, test regulated calculations carefully, document code and procedures, and communicate status and blockers promptly.

(Claim Toolkit), and our software supports enterprise property and casualty insurers across the United States and Canada with claims audit, compliance, total loss, and auto liability work. We are hiring a full-time, US-based, remote Full Stack Developer to take technical ownership of our production applications and help modernize legacy systems. The role supports four product lines, with the heaviest day-to-day focus on Total Loss and Compliance, and works closely with our small internal team, external development partner, clients, and vendors. This position is remote and requires availability during US business hours. Compensation is $46.49–$62.50 per hour, with expected hours of at least 15 per week.
