Vehicle Technician

An established automotive enhancement and performance facility is in search of a skilled Vehicle Technician who specializes in high-end, unique, and performance automobiles. This position is perfect for individuals who value precision in workmanship, enjoy tackling challenging technical tasks, and are interested in working on a variety of vehicles — from classic restorations to contemporary high-performance models.

This role does not involve assembly-line duties. Each vehicle and project presents different requirements, necessitating meticulous attention to detail, inventive problem-solving skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional outcomes. The ideal candidate is exceptionally well-organized, self-driven, and possesses a genuine enthusiasm for automotive performance and customization.

Responsibilities

• Execute diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and alterations on luxury, exotic, vintage, and performance cars
• Participate in custom automotive initiatives encompassing:
  • Enhancements to suspension systems
  • Installation of intake and exhaust enhancements
  • Boosting overall performance
  • Integration of electrical and electronic components
  • Mechanical repairs and problem-solving
• Perform thorough vehicle assessments and accurately diagnose complex technical issues
• Collaborate with fabrication, electronics, and project teams to assist with custom vehicle constructions
• Maintain a tidy, efficient, and professional work environment consistently
• Ensure that all work adheres to high standards of quality and craftsmanship
• Aid in prototype installations, personalized modifications, and unique automotive ventures
• Contribute to maintaining a secure, productive, and detail-focused workshop setting

Qualifications

• Completion of a diploma or degree program in Automotive Technology, Automotive Repair, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a technician supporting luxury, exotic, European, or high-performance vehicle brands
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Familiarity with performance upgrades such as suspension, intake, exhaust, and related enhancements
• Broad knowledge covering various automotive manufacturers and vehicle types
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team setting
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Keen eye for detail and dedication to delivering high-caliber work
• Must possess personal technician tools
• Aptitude for managing multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
