Our cooperative culture and mission to bring happiness through play make this opportunity outstanding and exciting for driven professionals!What You'll DoPrepare corporate, Key Person gaming applications, and business licenses (initial and renewals) as requested by Regulatory AuthoritiesEstablish collaborative connections with other departments to gather essential information for gaming applicationsProcess requests from Regulatory Authorities for additional information, documentation, and fees to acquire or renew gaming licensesAct as a point of contact with Regulatory Authorities during audits, investigations, and interviews representing the company and Key PersonsAct as the primary resource for Executives, making the licensing process effortlessCollaborate with Key Persons to collect highly confidential and sensitive informationUpdate and generate Key Persons financial schedules as requiredResearch and communicate updates regarding gaming license requirements to the Licensing teamBuild strong collaborative connections with Regulatory Authorities to guarantee the company maintains good standingPerform other related duties as required and assigned by department managementMaintain organized files for all corporate and executive filings and related documentationNotarize documents as requiredPerform licensing data entryWhat We're Looking ForProven skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and ArdentSkyProficiency in English, with strong communication skillsCapability to work autonomously and collaboratively3+ years of experience in the Gaming Industry or ComplianceOutstanding attention to detail and customer focusDependable with a strong sense of urgencyStrong communication abilities, skilled at planning and organizingAbility to manage multiple tasks under high volume and strict regulatory deadlinesDedication to maintaining confidentialityInnovative problem solver with a “can do” attitude, capable of streamlining processesJoin us at Aristocrat and contribute to our world-class team where your expertise will help us flawlessly navigate the gaming licensing landscape!Why Aristocrat?Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and a top-tier publisher of free-to-play mobile games.
