Registered Nurse - Antepartum / Labor & Delivery

Location: Dallas, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM, Weekend Every Other

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a focus on Antepartum and Labor & Delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of high-risk obstetrics and be adept in managing high acuity patients. This role requires a commitment to patient care and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care for antepartum and labor & delivery patients.
• Monitor patient vitals and document in the Meditech & CPIN systems.
• Administer medications including Magnesium Sulfate as per protocols.
• Manage preterm labor and other high-risk obstetrical conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• More than 2 years of experience in high-risk labor and delivery or antepartum.
• Active Texas RN License (temporary license not accepted).
• Current certifications in BLS, NRP, and Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring.
