Position: Quality Technician PC-DMIS / CMM Programmer
Location: Germantown/Richfield, WI
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
JellTech is seeking a Quality Technician PC-DMIS / CMM Programmer to develop and maintain CMM programs, perform First Article Inspections (FAIs), and ensure quality compliance in a CNC machining environment. The role involves CMM programming, dimensional inspections, troubleshooting quality issues, and collaborating with Engineering and Quality teams.
Requirements- 2 5+ years of CMM programming experience using PC-DMIS
- Experience operating CMM and performing dimensional inspections
- Knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and AS-9102 First Article Inspections
- Experience with CAD (SolidWorks) preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ITAR, and regulated manufacturing environments
- CNC machining or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing experience is a plus
