Responsibilities Customize solutions : craft tailored telecom packages that meet each customer’s unique needs. Product knowledge : stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans and technology. Sales pitch : persuade customers in the field, addressing concerns and objections. Close deals : negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction. Documentation : complete all paperwork, contracts and sales reports accurately. Relationship building : provide post‑sales support, turning customers into advocates. Team collaboration : collaborate with peers, share insights and strategies. Targets and quotas : consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas. Compliance : adhere to company policies, industry regulations and sales practices. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions: High school diploma or equivalent. Effective communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Proficient computer and technical skills. Valid driver’s license in good standing and satisfactory driving record; reliable personal vehicle. Physical ability to sit, stand and walk as required. Full‑time availability. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual skills to support diverse populations.
