Support operational excellence by coordinating daily activities, maintaining accurate inventory management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Guide and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives. Manage warehouse processes including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials ranging from common supplies to sensitive scientific products, hazardous materials, and temperature-controlled items.Requirements:4 years of warehouse operations experience, with 1+ years in a leadership capacityPreferred Fields of Study: logistics, operations, or related fieldAdditional certifications in hazardous materials handling (DOT/IATA/IMDG) preferredForklift certification and experience operating powered industrial equipmentStrong computer proficiency including warehouse management systems, ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal/communication skillsExperience working in cGMP/GxP regulated environments preferredKnowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse safety regulationsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentPhysical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work in various temperature environmentsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)Ability to guide and support team members on procedures and safety protocolsExcellent organizational and documentation skillsValid driver's license and clean driving record when requiredProficiency in English required; additional languages beneficialEducation:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
