Outreach Specialist

As the first point of connection for cancer survivors, the part-time Outreach Specialist will conduct outreach, engage patients in meaningful conversations about their needs, and guide them toward their first appointment while providing administrative support in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct outreach by making outbound calls to eligible cancer survivors to introduce services and assist with scheduling care Prepare patients for visits by ensuring they have the necessary information and tech support for their first appointment Manage patient communication, including sending appointment confirmations and follow-up emails, while coordinating with the care team to enhance the patient experience Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a patient-facing, customer service, sales, or care coordination role Warm, professional, and empathetic phone presence Comfort with cold-calling and high-volume outreach to engage patients Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Tech-savviness with tools such as EHRs, CRMs, and patient communication platforms
