We are actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Mankato MN office.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing a broad range of day-to-day marketing tasks that directly support the department and its initiatives. This role serves as the tactical backbone of a lean, fast-moving team that supports 100+ locations and multiple corporate departments. Responsibilities span creative production, digital support, brand consistency, social media coordination, trade show logistics, promotional items, and event assistance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who manages competing priorities effectively, takes pride in high-quality execution, and is eager to grow in a dynamic marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Sales Material Creation: Design and produce a wide range of marketing and sales materials, including project profiles, sales collateral, business cards, advertisements, email marketing campaigns, and other branded deliverables. Manage projects from initial request through final production, ensuring brand consistency and on-time delivery.
• Web & Digital Support: Make basic website updates, including wording changes, team member additions and removals, and simple content edits. Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on web content as needed. Conduct quarterly reviews of business listings across platforms to ensure accuracy. Assist with blog content creation and scheduling.
• Brand Support: Respond to time-sensitive creative and brand requests from operating units (OUs) and corporate departments. Source and distribute correct logo files and print-ready assets. Provide quick-turnaround support while maintaining brand standards across all materials.
• Social Media Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to create, schedule, and publish social media posts across relevant platforms. Help maintain a consistent posting cadence and support content planning efforts.
• Trade Show & Promotional Items: Design and organize trade show materials for individual locations, ensuring each is equipped with current, on-brand collateral. Act as the team's liaison for promotional item ordering and assist in building and managing an online company store.
• Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning and execution of company and industry events such as Women in Construction, Veteran's Day, National Roofing Week, and more. Support logistics, promotional materials, and cross-departmental coordination.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a marketing, design, or coordinator role. Internships and freelance work are considered.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or comparable design tools.
• Digital Familiarity: Basic experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), social media scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
• AI familiarity: Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to support discovery, content creation, and copywriting.
• Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external vendors and stakeholders.
• Initiative: Self-directed and reliable. Able to take direction, work independently, and follow through without heavy oversight.

Salary range - $43,000 - $50,000, depending on experience.
