Job Description The primary purpose of this position is to source, qualify and place associates on assignment at client sites. The duties related to this position include recruiting, pre-screening, interviewing and checking references. In addition to this, the Recruiter will support the team in providing excellent customer service to further business relationships with both current and potential customers. Qualifications Minimum of two years recruiting or sales experience, preferably within a service industry, and with a proven track record Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent oral and written communication skills Willingness to travel when necessary to attend meetings and training classes Bachelor¿s degree or equivalent work experience Additional Information We offer a competitive base plus commission as well as benefits and a 401K.
