Sayre, PA, US, 18840 Company: Tops Pay Rate Starting at: Level $12.00/ hr Rates of pay are determined by previous experience and labor contract seniority. The mission of all Tops associates is to adhere to the Tops vision of providing a friendly neighborhood store that saves the customer time and money. Clerk is responsible for ensuring file integrity throughout the store. Clerk performs daily/weekly price audits/changes, as well as interacting with vendors and receiver to ensure authorized merchandise is brought into the store and verifying correct prices in system/on shelves. Clerk is also responsible for providing attentive and friendly customer service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Create signs and tags to maintain accurate pricing throughout the store
• Maintain accurate pricing files for all departments
• Minimize shrink by ensuring all price discrepancies are resolved immediately
• Ensure all equipment is treated/maintained properly
• Complete all applicable paperwork
• Follow direction from the scan coordinator
• Ability to learn, differentiate, and retain information regarding product lines/locations

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
• Possess basic computer skills
• Possess strong communication skills

Physical Requirements Equipment Used Operation of the following: Cash Register Video Display Unit POS Printer Computer Pricing Gun Ladder (must be 18 yrs. of age)
