Systems Engineer

designing and developing secure command, control communications and intelligence (C3I) providing IA support for secure C3I systems analyzing needs in order to document, design, develop, implement, and maintain computer networks and systems microelectronics engineering, integrated circuit design and foundry skills > One or more of the following skills: understanding of secure systems engineering development, including system security requirements analysis, system security requirements allocation, trade-off analyses, other system security analyses, and secure system definition and specification development. expertise with design engineering or ATE engineering. expertise with network and web security experience (firewalls, expertise with software engineering development, software testing, and software documentation, as well as contract administration. Ability to perform architecture design and tier 3 troubleshooting. expertise in system administration and support of Windows and Unix on LAN and WAN networks. experience with web server and Directory Server management. expertise with token-based Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and CAC smartcards. expertise with virtualization technology and experience in development, test and production environments. > Task leader experience with ability to direct and/or perform advanced theoretical studies of a highly complex nature in a variety of scientific / engineering fields. Experience in leading, managing, and collaborating with relevant organizations and groups / teams. > Ability to perform advanced architecture design and demonstrate experience with network communications devices (hubs, switches and routers). > Expertise in designing and developing user interface features, writing design documents, test plans and test results, and assessing architecture and current hardware limitations. > Ability to apply and/or develop highly advanced technologies. > Leadership competencies, adaptablility and strong communications skills. > Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC) design experience and electrical engineering experience. > detailed knowledge of all aspects of analog and digital IC design and testing, including an understanding of the following: transister physics logic synthesis logical and physical verification built in self test (BIST) IC testing fabrication processes and their effects on ASIC design #J-18808-Ljbffr
