Location: Pacific Junction, IA
Shift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays (8–10 hour days)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Environment: Indoor & outdoor work in all weather conditions
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Forklift Operator / Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations in Pacific Junction, IA. This position requires versatility, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment. As we move into peak season, candidates should expect the potential for 20+ hours of overtime per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a large AWD forklift to move finished goods from production to storage
- Pick and stage orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and production areas (sweeping, shoveling, lifting)
- Conduct quality checks and complete required paperwork
- Assist with general housekeeping and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work extended hours and overtime during peak season
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
