Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
Shift Duration: 8 hours
Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Hours Per Week: 40
On-Call Requirement: Occasional coverage for PTO or sick calls

Job Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Associate degree required
Hospice nursing experience required
Point-of-care experience required
Professional certification required
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented approach
Ability to support rural patients and families with extra care and attention

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in a hospice and homecare setting
Manage patient cases and coordinate admissions
Deliver compassionate support to patients and families throughout the care journey
Complete point-of-care clinical tasks and documentation accurately
Support coverage needs as needed for PTO or sick calls
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure smooth, patient-centered service
Travel within the assigned coverage area to meet patient care needs
