Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below. Monday through Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm OR 2:30-9:30 pm Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm **We are not currently hiring for seasonal staffing May-September. We are looking for candidates that want to commit to a long term opportunity with Perspire Sauna Studio. MUST be 18 years old. Minimum weekly hours = 15/week. Here's what you need to bring: A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service A consistently fantastic team-player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance Evening and weekend availability Must be at least 8 years old Here's what you’ll be doing: Sell memberships with confidence Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow-up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area Competitive pay with successful training completion + commission This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
