Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) – Miami, Florida
Opportunity Highlights
- Private practice opportunity with a well-established, physician-led group
- Balanced 50% Obstetrics / 50% Gynecology schedule
- 4.5-day workweek with early close on Fridays
- 500+ deliveries annually
- 8–10 major surgeries and 10–20 minor procedures per month
- Average 20–22 patients per day
- 1:4 shared call schedule
- Modern 4,000 sq. ft. office equipped with LEEP, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, and ultrasound
Hospital & Clinical Support
- Deliveries at a hospital with Level III NICU
- 24/7 OB anesthesia coverage
- Access to MFM, full pediatric, and neonatology support
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $325,000–$350,000
- Annual performance bonus: $20,000
- Partnership opportunity after 3 years
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, CME, vacation, and relocation assistance
