We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/ long-term care. All other duties as assigned. Required skills and qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent 1-2 years of Maintenance Experience Preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Trade school and HVAC certification Preferred Must have clean driving record in order to be insured Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Must enjoy working with the senior population Great attendance Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed Must be reliable, energetic and self-motivated who truly enjoys working with the senior population Compensation Min: USD $17.00/Hr.
