No two or more convictions or violations for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (DUI/DWI). Automatic DQ’s: Open container driver or passenger convictions in the last 3 years in a P.O.V for both Experienced and Student Drivers. Failed/Refused drug screen in a lifetime.
