Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Department/Unit: Bone Marrow Transplant Unit Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans. Monitor, record , document and communicate patients’ conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and their families.
