Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetics Teacher for night classes to join our faculty. In this role, you will deliver engaging instruction in esthetics, including skincare, makeup, and beauty treatment techniques, during evening hours. This position plays a vital role in shaping students' professional skills and confidence while accommodating their busy daytime schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct night classes in esthetics following the established curriculum.
• Deliver practical demonstrations and hands-on training in skincare and makeup techniques.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing guidance and feedback.
• Maintain a supportive and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty to enhance instructional quality.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Esthetics license in the State of Illinois is required.
• Valid Illinois Educator License for Beauty Culture is required.
• Experience in esthetics and familiarity with current industry practices.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evening hours, Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm CST.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $25.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
