About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief AI & Digital Transformation Officer to spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence and digital technologies into the healthcare system. This executive will be responsible for setting and championing a system-wide AI strategy that is in line with the organization's clinical, operational, financial, and mission goals. The role involves serving as the senior-most AI thought leader, establishing a world-class AI strategy, and ensuring that AI initiatives are in accordance with the company's values. The successful candidate will lead enterprise-wide transformation, drive the adoption of AI, and be accountable for the business value and ROI of AI initiatives. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of leadership experience, including a minimum of 7 years in leading enterprise-wide transformation. The role requires a deep understanding of AI, digital, and technology-enabled business transformation, as well as experience in change management and capability-building. The Chief AI & Digital Transformation Officer will also be responsible for establishing governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks for AI and emerging technologies. Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries, and a proven track record of driving AI adoption and innovation, are essential. The position demands a strategic thinker with the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and translate technology trends into practical business outcomes.
