Our office provides friendly and professional legal services in Knoxville, Tennessee and surrounding counties, specializing in personal injury, family law, adoption, and insurance claims. The firm offers representation with a focus on fearless litigation in the courtroom and dedicated service in person. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Secretary located in Farragut, TN. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for tasks such as answering the phone and managing attorney calendars, filing, legal document preparation, assisting with legal matters, utilizing clerical skills, managing diaries, and supporting the legal team in day-to-day operations. This position would be perfect for someone who is looking for experience in the legal field as the role has the potential to transition to a legal assistant or paralegal role. Qualifications Proficiency in Document Preparation Experience working as a Receptionist or Legal Assistant Clerical Skills for office management Effective Diary Management abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Pay range from prior candidates is listed, but is highly dependent on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
