Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU

• Administer critical care treatments and interventions
• Manage pressor medications and critical drips efficiently
• Perform arterial line management and insertions
• Conduct bronchoscopy and other unit-specific procedures

Requirements of the RN - ICU

• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Critical Care training and experience
• Experience with pressor medication and critical drip management
• Arterial line management expertise
