Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Jacksonville, FL. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Daily responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, designing and progressing rehabilitation programs, and documenting care in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves providing patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies. The Physical Therapist will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, maintain a safe and professional clinical environment, and may provide guidance to support staff and students as needed. Qualifications Strong foundation in Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Demonstrated experience in Rehabilitation, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training. Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, including clear communication, empathy, and culturally sensitive practice. Ability to support continuity of care, including Home Care guidance and development of home exercise programs. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Florida. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree required. Effective documentation, time management, and clinical decision-making skills. Basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification and familiarity with electronic health record systems preferred. Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation is ideal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
