Quality Outcomes Specialist

Houston Methodist seeks a Quality Outcomes Specialist to support excellence in patient care across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this mission-driven, patient-centered role, you will collect, analyze, and report clinical and operational quality data; monitor key performance indicators; and partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive evidence-based improvements in safety, outcomes, and patient experience. The specialist facilitates regulatory and accreditation readiness, develops dashboards and reports, supports quality initiatives and root-cause analyses, and promotes a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork in a diverse, inclusive environment.
