Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role located in Temple, TX. The Automotive Technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including inspections and oil changes, and diagnose and repair mechanical issues across a wide range of vehicle systems. Daily responsibilities include conducting maintenance and repair work, addressing suspension concerns, communicating findings and repair options to service advisors, and following company and industry safety standards. The role also involves documenting all services performed, using shop equipment and diagnostic tools, and collaborating with team members to deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused service. Qualifications Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for a variety of makes and models. Proficiency with Oil Changes and related routine service procedures. Experience in Automotive Repair, including diagnosis and resolution of mechanical and electrical issues. Knowledge of Suspension systems and ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair related components. Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic in a professional shop environment. Ability to use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and shop machinery safely and effectively. Commitment to high-quality workmanship, safety practices, and ethical customer service. Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE) and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record are preferred.
