Data Technology Consultant - Data & AI Modernization

We are seeking a seasoned Data Technology Consultant to join our expanding Data & AI practice and help drive Data & AI Modernization Programs for EPAM clients. This role bridges technology and business value: you will help enterprises retire legacy data warehouses and ETL platforms, move to a modern lakehouse stack, and unlock analytics and AI use cases that were out of reach before. You will design innovative modernization solutions, own presales end-to-end, and bring strategic advisory plus deep technical know-how to senior client stakeholders across worldwide industries. This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $160,000 - $220,000.
