CNC Lathe Operator - 2nd ShiftBuild your future with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring for a CNC Lathe Operator – 2nd Shift in the greater Valencia, CA area.As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will:Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision components to specificationLoad raw materials and unload finished parts while maintaining workflow efficiencyMonitor machine operations and make minor adjustments to maintain quality standardsPerform routine equipment checks to ensure proper alignment and setup before productionInspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify tolerances and specificationsTroubleshoot basic machine or process issues to minimize downtimeMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standardsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of CNC latheFamiliarity with machining tools, equipment, and measurement instrumentsAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsEffective communication skills across teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environmentReliable attendance and flexibility to meet production needsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsTraining will be conducted on 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and $1.50/hour shift differential applied after training completion.Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
