As a Packaging Support Associate , you'll play a critical role in bringing premium cannabis products to market. What You'll Do
This position is based in a production environment where employees may be exposed to airborne particles, varying temperatures, and moderate to occasionally loud noise levels. Team members may be required to wear personal protective equipment, including hairnets, gloves, and non-slip footwear.

As a Packaging Support Associate , you'll play a critical role in bringing premium cannabis products to market. What You'll Do
- Package finished products efficiently while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards
- Count, label, assemble, bag, and box products for final distribution
- Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain accurate product counts and report any discrepancies
- Identify and communicate any damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory products or equipment
- Support quality assurance and quality control efforts throughout the packaging process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with additional operational duties as needed to support business objectives
- 6+ months of experience in packaging, production, manufacturing, food processing, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication platforms such as Slack preferred
- Experience with Jira or other workflow management software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Must be at least 21+ years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must obtain and maintain all required state permits, licenses, and certifications
- WorkSafe, ServSafe, or Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally between facilities, as needed
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when required
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands, arms, and fingers throughout the workday
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed
- Frequently lift and move products weighing up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and move equipment or materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform close visual inspections and distinguish colors accurately
