Full-Time/Part-Time Associate Litigation Attorney

Our business & employment law firm has quite a unique mix of clients that provide interesting cases. We are open to remote and in-office team members in San Diego or Los Angeles. You will gain experiences that would take years in a traditional firm as you will be exposed to a wide variety of projects in state and federal courts.

Our offices are conveniently located in the golden triangle by the La Jolla Marriott. We pay various discretionary bonuses in addition to your salary, they can add up. The person 'must' live in Southern California.

While we are open to CA lawyers with under 5 years of experience, we are seeking someone who has solid motion experience at the very least. With respect to pay, benefits, hours worked and other such factors, we have flexibilty, depending on the candidate and what they bring to the table. Top-tier writing and analytical skills are required.

We seek someone who is genuine, easy to work with, and a team player. You should take ownership of your projects and meet deadlines in advance. We want someone with a personality that is enjoyable to work with, and has a solid work ethic.

The work involved creating and responding to motions, prounding and responding to discovery, writing complaints, communicating with clients, defending depositions and administering them, as well as researching issues, and attending hearings of various types. The person should be CA licensed and able to make appearances, via Zoom or in person.

The ideal candidate is someone who can work well without supervision, someone motivated (we don't micromanage), a self-starter, and someone who can handle a fast-paced environment. We are happy to mentor and will take you to the next level.
