Senior LIHTC Asset Manager, Structured Transactions
Freddie Mac
Freddie Mac is seeking a Multifamily Asset Management Senior to lead LIHTC asset management within the Structured Transactions group. You will analyze consent requests, perform underwriting, and work with counsel on credit decisions, while exercising delegated authority for LIHTC functions. This role focuses on LIHTC investments, structured loan products, and complex debt, with oversight of team initiatives, tracking, and reporting.
