Global Director, AI-Driven GTM & Sales Ops
Zendesk
Zendesk is seeking a Global Director of Sales Operations to transform our GTM operating model by redesigning workflows and embedding AI and automation into core processes across the customer lifecycle.
You will lead a cross-functional team to drive operational excellence, govern GTM data and workflows, and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions that improve execution and productivity. This role requires strategic and hands-on leadership across Sales, Marketing, CS, Data, and IT.
