As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Las Vegas, NV

• Schedule: Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. Schedules will vary weekly.

• Competitive hourly wage of $19.50 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:

• Customer service is your top priority.

• You Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.

• You can multitask and work well under pressure.

• You are able to respond quickly to critical situations.

• You have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.

• You enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.

• You can safely patrol by car, or by foot as needed.

• You can work with electronics, as needed.

• You can maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; and follow proper procedures.

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• You are at least 21 years of age or older.

• You have a valid PILB license in hand.

• You have a valid Driver's License.

• You are expected to work any shift, any time, and anywhere, as needed; regardless of time notified.

• You can multitask and can work well under pressure.

• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred, but not mandatory.

• You have CPR/AED/First Aid certification or can become certified within 1 week of an offer.

• You have at least a solid year of experience in security. If you have Law Enforcement or Miliary experience; even better!

• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
