Design Engineer

Overview Salary Range $25.00 - $28.00 Description Required Skills/Abilities Knowledge of drafting standards, mathematics, science, and engineering technology Solid background in CAD techniques Proficient use of Microsoft Excel Strong problem-solving skills Strong technical and mechanical knowledge Knowledge of general carpentry and repair Working knowledge of hand and power tools Education and Experience Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school highly recommended Bachelor’s Degree a plus Minimum two years drafting experience Construction or woodworking background helpful Equivalent combination of education and experience Physical Requirements The Engineering role regularly requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
