Compensation: $150,000 $200,000 annually + Performance Bonus + Benefits

As we continue expanding, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize operational performance, and support organizational growth.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, improve internal processes, manage operational projects, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.
This role requires a highly organized leader with strong analytical skills, team management experience, and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily business operations and workflow efficiency
- Lead process improvement and operational optimization initiatives
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and projects
- Analyze operational data and provide strategic recommendations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of operations management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools
- Experience within financial services is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
