Job Summary:
Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician in ORT specialtylocated at a healthcare facility. This position involves preparing the operating room, including sterile fields, setting up surgical equipment, supplies, and solutions. During surgery, the technologist assists by passing instruments, managing supplies, and ensuring the sterile environment is maintained.

Job Details:

• Certifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Education Requirements: Successful completion of a CAAHEP-accredited surgical technology program or equivalent.
• Position Type: Full-time; schedule is Days, from 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM, with 8 hours shifts and at least 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: 10/12/2026.
• End Date: 01/03/2027.
• Experience: 0 years minimum required, with travel experience preferredand all travel submissions must include at least 2 years of experience. No local candidates will be accepted.
• Additional Responsibilities: Maintain accurate counts of sponges and supplies, pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon, and manage surgical equipment during procedures.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: All candidates must meet travel experience requirements and have prior travel experience.
