Responsibilities will include: Executing and updating property marketing materials, providing leasing tours, and possess renewal strategies to achieve resident retention goals. Demonstrating strong customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services. Acting in accordance with company procedures and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing requirements. Working independently as well as cooperatively with the Property Manager and team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. Capable of managing entire leasing process from initial inquiry to move in. Familiar with resident retention and renewing leases. Ensure all service requests are followed through until completion. Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with current residents. Knowledge of property management software operating systems Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
