Food & Beverage Supervisor

Starting salary: $43,000.00 - $53,000.00 yearly. All shifts available. Flexible scheduling required for nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports daily F&B and Recreation operations, ensuring excellent guest service, staff training, and smooth scheduling. This role maintains high standards across dining and recreational areas, manages inventory, and ensures equipment and service quality. Strong coordination with internal departments and knowledge of amenities like Top Golf and Brunswick Bowling are essential to enhance the guest experience.

What Does a Food & Beverage Supervisor Do?

• Maintains knowledge of F&B and Recreation Operation's internal functions, controls and software updates, and takes the initiative to convey pertinent information to employees regarding policy changes.
• Responsible for ensuring that employees are trained/developed in F&B and Recreation Operations and monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and shift schedules.
• Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and always identifies repeat guests.
• Demonstrates an understanding of PAF and administrative procedures and in doing so, accurately tracks and records LOA's, vacation time, EO's, call-outs and special requests.
• Maintains working knowledge of all recreation amenities and monitors recreation areas to ensure that all equipment, technology, and service standards are maintained. Engages technical or maintenance support to correct any malfunctions or damage immediately.
• Maintains working knowledge of Top Golf suites, Brunswick Bowling, and social games to advise and assist guests in enjoying these amenities.
• Completes daily inventory of F&B supplies and recreation equipment, and ensures that all dining locations and recreation areas are ready for guest occupancy. Places orders as needed.
• Ensures efficiency and accurate performance standards are met by maintaining communication with all work areas to verify paperwork and inventory controls.
• Consistently maintains professional rapport and confidentiality in communicating with other departments as required by procedure (i.e. IT, Gaming Commission, Security, Credit, Surveillance, Games, Nation Police, Payroll, HR and Marketing).
• Is always available to assist F&B and Recreation employees at designated outlet locations as needed.
• Understands and maintains the highest quality of food and service levels.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or GED equivalent required. A college degree or some level of secondary education preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience and F&B experience; required.
• Above average verbal and written communication skills required.
• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding guest service skills.
• Previous money handling experience with basic math skills required.
• Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to make decisions in a stressful environment and accommodate a flexible work schedule.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 31 - 40 pounds.
