- p Providence Home Services Oregon is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist RN to ensure CMS program compliance through meticulous review of OASIS admission documents and Plans of Care. This full-time, day shift role is remote for eligible states and collaborates with Home Health leadership to strengthen patient outcomes and reimbursement.
- p Ideal candidates will hold an active Oregon RN license (or be licensed in states served), bring 2 years of Home Health/Palliative care experience, and familiarity with EMR systems. Preferred: BSN and Home Care Coding Specialist credentials.
