Registered Nurse Kidney Transplant and Telemetry

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Kidney Transplant and Telemetry unit. In this role, you’ll provide specialized care to pre- and post-transplant patients, monitor complex telemetry, and manage acute renal conditions. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and coordinate multidisciplinary care while educating patients and families.
